Why exzactly do contries cunnercy's go up and down?

Who controls it? Why does it happen?Why is it important to happen? Why are some contries currencies high, while others are low?

  1. we live in a world of monopoly money, so the men who print the money decide how much the currency should be worth by how much they put in circulation.  If there are too many dollars in circulation than the price of a dollar will relatively go down compared to gold or other competing currencies... The importance is that the dollar in your wallet is worthless! unless the agreement by government and business(fascism) is worth something, therefore slowly but surely inflation will take hold and what you buy this year is half of what you bought last year and so on until you are in a relative slavery where debt's cannot be paid and capital can only be given to you by the state.

    Some countries are high and low because its all relative to how much currency is in circulation.  If everyone had ben franklins than ben franklins would be worth less value...

    This is why the Constitution made it clear that only gold and silver would be legal tender... but we have strayed far from the constitution and we will be feeling that mistake very soon.
