why files are not downloading and java script is not running on my Windows Server 2003 R2 and sound is not coming out even the drivers are installed....please help me...please

Server 2003 R2 is much more secure than other operating systems. Java and file download are turned off by default. You'll need to go into the advanced settings (underneath tools) and turn it on. The sound thing might be due to digital output of your soundcard (default setting).
