Is this a homework? Citizens of their respective countries should be aware of their RIGHTS so that:

-they won't be easily fooled or to avoid getting fooled

-they know what to do, in a legal way, when other people aggravated or took advantage of them

They should also know their DUTIES so that they know how to act in accordance to rules to have law and order. Hope it helped even a bit.
