Why flash player won't be installed completely?

There's a problem with writing the file 'Flash9f.ocx' which is related to ActiveX control. the setting of ActiveX control for plug-in and run aren't disable.

There was no ploblem but after removing some recommended files by Window due to low disk space, my flash player didn't work properly.

Try downloading & reinstalling the Player.
