Why fried noodle taste better when you fried it with pork oil or lemak babi ?

  1. when you use lard to cook something, it is always taste better and different and because noodle dish is originally eaten by chinese and pork lark is the cheapest and also some chinese doesnt eat beef, so we tend use the pork lard but in fact any lards are taste better.

    SO there is no need to be oversensitive on the word *pork*

  4. Of course lard is better.. but I agree with the rest, too much is really bad for your health. But take it on moderation (this applies to non-Muslim, that is). Olive oil is healthy and tastes nice too.. you can use live oil lavishly. Eat it with bread or salads.. really yummy
