    You mean like in Huntington Beach, LaDera Heights, and Signal Hill, right?

    It seems to me that the oil derricks are "hidden in plain sight" because no one EVER brings up the issue!!!

  4. because those facilities get a better price by shipping it farther away.  the gas you buy, believe it or not, is transported in from refineries nowhere near the station it is sold at.

    capitalism at its best.
