Why google adowrds requires $12 minimum for very low keywords!!!?

Question

All my keywords inactive. Minimum payments has to be $12.00!!! I added a random keyword that looks like xdfdfsw3f

adowrds shows as inactive and wants $12 as a minimum for each keyword!!! Can you help please?

My landing page is related to the ad and they headlines. My campaign has been set properly. The only thing is i'm new i do not have history in adwords......Daaamn $12.00 for stupid keywords such as 345trffsdfd!!! lol Help guys

Your quality rating needs to be good and you must get clicks. The more impressions you get and the lower your click through rates the more money you have to pay. They calculate the impressions you get for free and make you pay through bids.

its because your keywords are completely unrelated to your site or your ad.  Read up on different adwords campaign management methods.

if your keyword's max cpc bid rate is less than to minimum bid rate then it don't trigger ad for that, so it was in inactive state. change your m-cpc and optimize your campaign and site. try new related kw.
