Why had my cat got vomiting and running poo's ?

the last 3 days my cat has been doing running poo's and vomiting i have not changed her diet she is a indoor cat but has got out a few times but not for long i dont know what to do

Is she feline leukemia/FIV tested?  She needs to be treated ASAP!  It could be so many different things and you can't get a proper diagnoses on here.  Would you wait to take your child into the doctor if it had the same symptoms?

did she eat something she shouldn't have eaten like bad house plants or chocolate. take her to a vet.

She probably just has the flu.

Or she could be sick from something (something she ate while she was outside).

The other thing is she could be preganant.

It only takes a few seconds!

If all you say is true indoor, no diet change, then maybe the food you are feeding her is tainted? If I was you I would toss it all out with has the same date and get a new batch just in case that batch was bad. It happens all the time, and they don't recall it until there is a certain % of complaints from consumers with the same food, same problem.  Or maybe she ate something that wont diegest, like plastic some cats love to chew on plastic and if any comes off its so bad for them,  consult your VET she knows your cat best..
