  1. That's weird her little sis started before her. She probably just has bad luck.

  2. Everyone is different when it comes to this. I was 14 when I got mine. If she is really worried, she should ask her mom to take her to the doctor.

  3. I dunno, everybody is different tho,my kid sister is 11 and has started her period.I started mine when I was 15,and my cousin didn't start till she was 18.Its nothing to worry about.Think of it this way-more opportunities to wear white trousers and go swimming whenever you like!!

  4. It takes some people longer than others. She will..it will just take time. I hope this helped

  5. She could be a "late bloomer".  She could be too thin, or very athletic.  Her mom should take her to the doctor to be checked, there is probably nothing wrong.

Someday she'll be glad she started so late.

  6. Although your friend is turning 15, she still hasn't gotten to the point of puberty yet, her sister has already reached that stage of puberty, tell you friend not to worry about, not unless she wants to get through puberty and and want to get there now, I have a friend that didn't have her period till she was almost 17 and a half, that is when she had her first period.

Just tell her that she will know when her period will come, she will feel small cramps or feel rushes and feel funny, just tell her to be prepared and to have some napkins in her purse, in fact she just may start now by carrying a few tucked away.

  7. That's okay. There's nothing wrong. My mom didn't start her period until she was sixteen. Nothing to worry about!

  8. There is no rule of when a person starts their period. I know of someone who hadn't started until they were 18....hang in there she will get hers and the she can curse the "curse" every month like the rest of us.

  9. Her time should come sometime soon.  If it doesn't, she should go to her doctor because there may be a problem.  But for the mean time, she should enjoy not having one!

  10. shes jus a late boomer, it wil come

  11. well maybe its because she hasent went threw pububrity yet and maybe she's not ready for it yet....

  12. she might be under weight or maybe she's lieing to you.t depends on the person she cant help it

  13. Everyone is just different. You may want to take her to get some bloodtests done, though.

  14. The typical age range for menstruation to begin is from 9 - 17. There is no way to know when it will happen, you just have to wait it out. If she is really concerned she can see her doctor, otherwise she should wait a few more years and I'm sure she'll get it within that time frame. Remind her that once she gets it she won't want it anymore, so she's lucky for now  :D

  15. Some girls start their periods later but i think 15 might be a little old not to have your period so she should def ask her doctor because it may be a hormonal imbalance. But the good news is shes lucky sooo many girls want their periods but believe me tons of people wish they didnt get their period. It's really not fun trust me =) good luck!

  16. Tell your friend she is lucky.  It is a terrible inconvenience that she will soon have to deal with, and for the rest of her life.  She's perfectly normal too.  I got my period when I was 11 1/2 and my sister didn't get hers until she was 16 going on 17.  Tell her to just be patient.

  17. it could just be she is a late developer... my sister was 16 and still hadn't gotten her period.. they were going to do a surgery on her to make her period come at the end of summer when she was 16 but that summer she ended up getting it... everyone is different in the way they develop she will get it sooner or later and will probably hate it after it starts lol

  18. She might have a hormonal deficiency, or she might not be eating a healthy diet or she might be participating in strenuous sports so that her body doesn't have enough energy to get the cycles going or she might be genetically predisposed to start later (some girls don't start until they are 15 or 16). Just off the top of my head.

If she's worried, she should have her mom take her to a dr.
