Mountain Thunder is a licensed mill in the state of Hawaii, which ensures safe business practices and prompt payment of farmers. Among our other services, we also plant orchards for small farmers and large land owners, and have our own nursery where we raise trees for installation.

Mountain Thunder has the largest Organic processing facility in Hawaii. Mountain Thunder is the only farm facility certified to wet-mill, dry-mill, sort and roast Organic beans. We have dedicated wet-milling processing with zero commingling and zero chance for organic beans to be contaminated with non-organic beans. We have a shared system for dry-milling after the juicy residues have been washed, and we have dedicated roaster for organic beans. We are the only facility to have 2/3 dedicated systems for organic processing. The Dry mill has an intricate clean-out process that protects the Organic integrity of the product. We can trace a bag of roasted beans back to the farm it came from.
