Question:

Why has Nancy Pelosi done NOTHING in regards to impeaching Pres. George W. Bush and d**k Cheney?

We already know that there are grounds for Bush and Cheney to be impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors against this nation. In that case why hasn't SHE been impeached? She failed to uphold the law as she was sworn to do. If she has knowledge that someone is involved with treason against the United States, she must do everything in her legal power to see justice served. As the Speaker of the House she is third in line to take the presidency, as such she has failed in her responsibilities and duties.

  1. They have done nothing illegal.  It's not going to happen....sorry.

  2. Dude...

    and you believed that Woman...

YOU SHOULD WACK YOURSELF WITH A POOL STICK....

Nancy Pelosi is fool...BUT FOR YOU TO BELIEVE HER....YOU ARE THE BIGGER FOOL

    LOL

  3. The only possible explanation is that she knows prominent Democrats who are complicit in BushCo's illegal activities, so to start impeachment proceedings would literally bring down the entire government.  Can you imagine what would happen if Bush and his cronies, along with 10 or 20 or 30 Representatives and Senators were all implicated in crime?  The country would careen into chaos.

I agree that Pelosi should be impeached for failing to do her duty.

For those who think "he's gone soon, why bother", the answer is simple.  The line must be drawn.  Justice must be served.  We cannot allow a President to get away with high crimes against the Constitution, and we cannot allow Congress to allow the President to do so.

But I think the fact that Bush will be gone works to our advantage.  Perhaps he won't be "impeached", but it's clear this country needs and deserves an independent investigation to bring his crimes to light.

America deserves the truth of what has been done in our name.

  4. She can't muster 67 votes in the Senate (the 2/3 vote needed to remove Pres or VP from office), or else Duh-buhya and Dirtbag would have been long since gone.

  5. Nancy Pelosi, no longer represent the people ...she take order directly from jerusalem same people own u.s media .

  6. Yeah, its all up to Pelosi.  NOT.  Get real.

  7. Nancy also promised to pursue all who violate ethics issues.

Well, we know what happened when William Jefferson of Louisiana was caught diverting rescue efforts so he could retrieve his ill begotten bribe money in New Orleans....

Pelosi is a fraud. She,  and the Congress she leads, is vacationing while America suffers. Their popularity ratings are at 9%, the lowest in history.

Pelosi has done nothing? Pelosi IS nothing. She is a negative!

  8. It would take longer to go through the impeachment process than it would for Bush's term in office to expire.

  9. she doesnt have enough votes, and she knows it.

the democrat majority is very slim. majority by one vote in senate.  in reality,  it is a tie with lieberman going GOP. the tiebreaker is Cheney.

not worth trying , if failure is likely.

  10. Because she is just another politician who only

wants to put money in her pocket and it's easier

to just complain about it but do nothing.

  11. why bother, he'll be out in a few months anyway.

Congress has proven they can't do anything, that's why their approval rating is even lower than Bush's.

Problem is that many Democrats are accessories to Bush's offenses.

  12. I heartily agree that Bush and Cheney should be impeached for any number of reasons.  Pelosi probably did not pursue impeachment for several reasons.  The Democrats lacked the votes, she believed that impeachment hearings would distract the nation from more urgent business, and perhaps she knew that her own party was vulnerable as well to criminal investigations.  I see some merit in the first two reasons.

In any case, I hope and pray that the Bush administration is held accountable not just by historians but by courts of law.  However traumatic such proceedings might be, the country cannot afford not to have them.  Bush and Cheney were audacious in part because Nixon was pardoned for his crimes.  What precedent will be set by tolerating the Bush administration's abuses which were immeasurably worse?

  13. It's called pandering.  All politicians do it to get votes.  She pandered in 2006.

  14. At best you could possibly make the argument that George Bush and d**k Cheney committed a misdemeanor. However you would then have to argue are you talking about the US current definition of a misdemeanor being a minor crime or the British version from when the Constitution was written which means abuse of office. I am not of aware of any evidence in the public domain that indicates that either George Bush or d**k Cheney has committed treason. If you have evidence that all of the media outlets do not have can you please provide it?

Furthermore you mention that Pelosi is aware of a law being violated what law has been violated? Please provide the legal citation. You further state she has knowledge of someone committing treason. Who? What evidence do you have in regard to that the crime of treason was committed? What evidence that you have the Peolosi knew of it?

Without further proof I must say I completely disagree with your analysis and feel that Nancy Pelosi should not be impeached. Finally without evidence of your claim it is my opinion you might even be boardering on the legal defintion slander against Nancy Pelosi.

  15. think about it while they are in office they can get away with it. wait till they are out and the world court can convict them of crimes against humanity

  16. Are you insane?

I don't like Bush, but even I realize that there are NO GROUNDS for impeachment, yet.

Being a bad president isn't grounds for impeachment.

  17. This is probably a dumb question but, if you know what the high crimes and misdemeanors are, could you clue me in?  Because, in my opinion, there is nothing this White House has done close to being the chief executive officer of the Federal Government and lying under oath in a deposition in a private lawsuit.
