The media are sucks, when i issued an important press release a while back the media didn't even cover my story. Does someone need to be dead to get media attension?

  1. It's better than talking about who shaved their head or took "naked" pictures in Vanity Fair or whatever...

  2. If your press release had something to do with something you were paying big bucks to advertise you would have received coverage. Use to love to watch Tim Russert but he is getting far more coverage than G Ford. Wise they would stop so I could go back watching news programs enjoyed.

  3. He was probably one of the most honest political journalists in the industry. His questions were direct and issue based. Have you even read his book? Meet the Press will never be the same and Bob Novak wishes he had half the integrity Tim Russert had.

  4. May I ask what this important press release that you issued a while back was?

  5. It looks like he served his Jesuit masters well.

  6. Perhaps when you write a book, provide analysis for several news shows and not only moderate, but revive Meet the Press, you, too will be as beloved and missed as Tim Russert is.

  7. Sounds like you have "microphone envy." It's related to another type of male envy in a similar shape... but lower on the body. Just because YOU think something is important, doesn't mean the rest of the world does.

That being said, the world has become way too involved in the personal lives and tragedies of our celebrities. We saw a similar hoopla with the death of Steve Irwin. He and Russert were both very nice guys and we can take a moment to mourn their passing. But yeah, unless you are family, it's time to move on.
