I finally reached a Yahoo "Customer Care" rep. who advised me that their Bill Pay provider has been having "Technical Difficulties". Yeah, right for 6 days now.... Don't count on it coming up anytime soon..... Their bill pay link at Freechecks.com isn't responding to inquiries either.
