Why has a pyshic never won the lottery?

Because psychics have abilities to read thought and emotion of other PEOPLE in the current time, nothing about the future or machines, that falls to other abilities.  Beside, most are either shams or speak with the dead, who also have no reason to know the future, beyond "you will join us, it's just a matter of time".  I want to know if there are any precognitives who have won the lottery.

Well, how do you know if a psychic has won the lottery??? Are you a psychic yourself?  Anyways, they have not won the lottery because psychics are fake.

Well there probably have been some who claim to be Psychic that have won.  My brother at one point, REALLY wanted me to pick his numbers (I don't gamble, or claim to be clairvoyant).  As I understand it, there is a grant that is to be given to someone with mind reading ability, that's NEVER been earned.
