  1. our founding fathers were what is known as "classical liberals".  that is, they formed a government that was in direct opposition to a monarchy, which is what they gained independence from.  today, we call classical liberals, "conservatives" because they want to conserve the principles laid out in the constitution for future generations of americans.  unfortunately, modern liberals who are really marxist socialists, have gained the upper hand in our political system and are wreaking havoc upon the grand experiment and vision of those great men and their great dream...


  2. I am assuming because the Constitution points out that the Government should play a smaller role in this Country's Citizens' lives.
