  1. clogged aerators, unscrew and flush

  2. easy as a kitchen fitter i know this. you have an air lock you need to blow it back to release the pressure

  3. the little screen at the end of your tap is clogged just unscrew it and clean the sand or particals and reinstall this is also called an aireator , the other probem is did the plumber turn the taps under the sink on all the way after replacing the taps

  4. Check to see if you have a filter in the end of the tap , it can be just a small wire gauze thing but they usually clog up the first time the tap is used, unscrew the end of the tap and have a look.

  5. Did you fit a thermostatic blending (mixing) valve to the pipework?

It could also be the taps. Some taps can work with low pressures (minimum 0.1 bar) others need 1 bar to work.

You could either increase the diameter of the pipe or, more expensively, fit taps that will work at a lower minimum pressure.

It depends on how your mains pressure is... Thames will do a free overnight pressure test. Also, how is your hot water generated - central system or point heaters?
