Why has the state of Georgia been under such droubt conditions for so many years? When do we think its going t

Because it hasn't rained very often and because humans are consuming more water than ever.  When it rains or when we ration the water, the drought conditions will be lifted.

Don't look for it to end.  Global warming will cause drought through much of the US.  What you're seeing may be the beginning of that or it may be just a random fluctuation.  But if things continue as the are, it will be the future trend.
