Well, where I I am living we are getting so many thunderstorms! And I am sure that it is the only place. For the last few weeks we have been getting thunderstorms almost everyday, including right now! It is driving me crazy! What is causing this? Is it global warming or something else that is going on?

  1. Greenhouse gases are warming the atmosphere, causing more frequent and powerful thunderstorms to fire up across the unstable atmosphere. It's been getting warmer and warmer every year and when a cold front comes through after a couple days of record heat, the thunderstorms will obviously be more intense. Remember, weather is just the act of the atmosphere trying to balance pressure.

  2. My guess is that God probably hates us.

  3. global warMing.summa turns in2 winter or pose to.winter was very short we had alot of hot days this winter.ITZ CALLED GLOBAL WARMING.GOD BLESS

  4. GLOBAL WARMING.

  5. dont buy into global warming. it isnt going on yet. the oceans are still in a cooling trend and the oceans are the air-conditioning system of the earth. it is impossible for global warming to take place with cooling oceans. Anyway, if you live anywhere where there was massive flooding, the heat from the sun is rapidly evaporating the water and condensing it into storm clouds. if you keep getting long lines of storms, that is caused from a cold front. if they are isolated, that is the heat from the summer sun mixing with the ground and air moisture. its totally normal. some places see more rain and storms than others during a given year or so. that is mother nature behaving totally normal.

  6. thunderstorms are very common in the summer.. it happens... some years have droughts ..like last year others have surplus like this year...

  7. In the summer theres a lot of thunderstroms because of all of the warm rising air which along with cold air creates nimbocumulus clouds which produce heavy rain, thunder, lightning etc.

  8. It's called hurricane season and global warming.
