  1. Perhaps you've made some moderators angry in messageboard/chatrooms and they have blocked your ID.

  3. How much autonomy are the "moderators" given? Is it possible that some are being partisan in their decisions? The "recommend" feature seems to have been discontinued without notica and or explaination - does anyone know why?

    It seems to me that there are unidentified (why?) policies ate work here. Such as: HOw many posts per user are allowed per, for example, hour? And if there is a limit why is that not stated in Yahoo! policy and why would thay have such a policy at all?
