Why hasn't T-Mac gotten out of the 1st round before?

he just didn't have the strong teams, and he letting that get to his head

We'll Im sure he get outta the first round someday.  Hes a great athlete and sometimes the chips just dont fall the way it should.  Yao getting hurt last year and hes forced to go to secondaries such as Shane Battier and Luis Scola.

And they have faced the JAzz the last two years, a tough team to defeat especially when you dont have a good post defense.

hes never had a great squad to begin with, and if they were up in the series he would get cocky and play loose, which in the end would prevent them from winning games.  with houston, he and yao never were healthy enough to get a good chemistry going.

It's bad luck... I feel bad for the guy because he's a great player and if it wasn't for the injuries he would be at Kobe's level.. Like he was in Orlando.. 2-time Scoring Champ.. Plus those 13 points in 35 sec... I feel for the guy.. I hope this year he can get out the first round and maybe go even further...

Just gotta keep injury free.. Him and Yao..

And Artest has to do his job and stay outta trouble..

t-mac always elavauted his game in the playoofs his team dont elauvated there games in the playoffs thats why he never got out the first round

He has just gotten really unlucky. But people who blame him for not being able to get out of the first round should take another look. His teams tend to under-perform in the playoffs. But T-Mac still does really well. And I'm guessing he'll make it to the second round in 2009 if he and Yao can stay healthy and Artest behaves himself.
