Why hasn't a psychic ever won the lottery???

Strange isn't it. (Boy! this new spell check really screwed up the word lottery. It kept wanting to add an extra y at end. Let's get the old spell check back. And have Yahoo send the programmer who created it back to programing school.

Because, as a psychic, they can see all the evil that will befall them (money being its root).

Nah, just kidding, I'm sure they don't win because they are in tune with the lottery on the 'other side' and they can't get to one of those machines.
