Why hasn't banana republic called back yet?

I recently got hired at banana republic, I attended the orientation and everything and after that they said they will call me the same day for training, now it has been three days and I dont know what is going on, I feel like calling them to see what is up, but I don't if I should...

Call them. They will be glad to see you are on your toes and ready to work. I actually had the same problem with them. I got hired, went to orientation, but didn't hear back from them. I was ready and needing to work and make money, so I called them back when I had not heard back from them in a couple days. It still took them a little while to get me in for training, but I felt much better once I sat down and talked to a manager about my concerns. It turns out Gap Inc. is in the proccess of changing a lot of their systems and standards, so the managers are busy going through some new training themselves. So my best advice to you is to call and explain you have not heard back from them about training and wanted to be sure to not miss anything.

Call them. They may be having scheduling problems. Be assertive. They hired you, so they need to tell you something!
