Why hasn't he called???

Question

I tryed out for hockey today at 6:00 and he said they call us between 7:00 and 9:00 to see if we made the team or not. It is now 8:46 but my last name starts with a D if they call by aphebetical order or not? I thought that I was going to make the team but if I didn't do u think that the coach will still call me?

dude, they don't call alphabetically.  they call in the order of the most valuable player.  then if one can't do it they can ask someone else down the list.  if you're one of the last to be called, odds are you didn't make the cut.

they usually call no matter wat so wat til at least 10 to wonder why he isnt calling then ask around to see if anyone else got a call

omg. i tottally hate waiting to know too. id just wait and if he doesnt call by tomorrow you could call him and just be like um coach i was just wondering if i was on the team or not since i didnt get a call, i did this turns out i was on the roster already and he thought i had known. but it may also be a tought decission and take longer than expected. good luck (:

He will call even if you don't make it. He might be stuck talking to someone, consoling them if they didn't make it.

I tried out for tennis today and didn't get on the team by a unlucky miss, that cost me a match! Oh well, that's just the way it goes :)

Either you didn't make the team, or they're not calling in alphabetical order
