Why hasn't obama changed his middle name?

This is a question my grandfather (who's voting for him) has asked. I mean, why didn't he change his middle name last year or so. I mean, it only makes sense if you don't want people to say it right? I mean, I changed my name, wasn't very hard

Because it was the name he was given at birth.  Let's be real, it would have come out anyway, and then they would have held it over his head for changing it.

Why should he?  He has nothing to hide.  He is proud of his name like most any of us are.  Should he change his name just because there are a few idiots out there?  I think not.

Harold - I can agree with your statement. However Obama is technically a terrorist sympathizer when he hangs with a known terrorist like Ayers.

Sharing the same name as Saddam Hussein kinda sucks.  Can you imagine all the hype if John's name was John Hitler McCain? lol

But I see what you are saying. I wouldn't have wanted to be associated with anything hussein. As popular of a muslim name it is, it is somewhat akward to have it as your middle name in America these days.
