Why hasn't the Democratic Congress brought us CHANGE in the last 2 years?

How long does it take for the Democrats to start CHANGING things. They have controlled both houses of Congress for 2 years and essentially nothing has been accomplished. What significant legislation of CHANGE did Obama push since he has been in the Senate?

I don't know what world you live in, They were just elected last November. Their Budget and policy didn't go into effect until the new Fiscal year that started in july.

Perhaps because the Republican minority has used the filibuster or threat of filibuster more than any other congress in history.  So much for their disdain for the filibuster.

#2. They only have a majority of +1 in the Senate, the need at least a majority of +10 to do anything.

#3.  Mr. Bush threatens to veto everthing they send him and again, they  do not have enough of a majority of override his veto.
