Why hasn't Kaka shone for Real Madrid yet?

Kaka signed for Real Madrid in the summer for a world record fee of £56 million from AC Milan; but despite the astronomical price tag, the 27-year-old has yet to make a significant impact at the Bernabeu.
This might be because he is no longer the main man in the team – no surprise with Cristiano Ronaldo also plying his trade for Los Blancos – but the Madridistas must have expected a better return for the amount of cash forked out.

I know that this question is 9 months old but the statement still applies, Kaka still hasn't shone for Madrid, in recent weeks he hasn't even made the team, he's gone from AC Milan where he was the best player they had to a team full of superstars. Some players find it hard to gel in other leagues and this us Kaka's problem. Aindrey Shevachenko had this problem a few years ago when he moved from AC Milan to Chelsea for 30 million. It's not really his fault, the price tag is daunting and there is a massive pressure on him. Personally I think he should move back to Italy, thats were he plays best.

  2. I think you're right, Zom.

You have to mould a team around Kaka. But at Real Madrid, it's less simple than that because of the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo.
