Why hasnt my membership been approved for free cycle after a week?

I went on to free cycle over a week ago and signed up. They still havent approved my membership ad I have no idea why. They say it is still pending. I have no reason why they woouldnt approve it. Is there someone I can contact to ask or has ayone had the same problem. Someone please help because I need to access that site. Thank you
