Why hasnt my package been sent yet?

I ordered a skateboard from active mailorder about a week ago, and it says its still in process. the item is in stock. And im pretty sure they have been open this week. The UPS tracking thing says it hasnt been to the post office. whats taking so long?

It's probably because of the holidays the same thing happened to me, give them a call and if they say everything is good, just wait and have a little patience.
