  1. Probably because of the "Bay of Pigs"

  2. If we were to do so, it would be an overt attack on a sovereign nation, not in response to their aggression.  We don't do that.

(Well, OK, we did it in Iraq)

In any case, our last covert attempt of any note failed miserably (look up the "Bay of Pigs").

  3. Ask JFK

  4. Why havn't the Cubans freed themselves from thier dictator??

It was Cubans who initiated the original revolution that brought the communist regime to power.  If the Cubans don't want it anymore, they can initiate another revolution (violent or otherwise).

  5. In the terms of the agreement ending the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962, the U.S. pledged to respect the sovereignty of Cuba,  agreed not to interfere in their internal affairs, and agreed never to invade Cuba, or allow anyone to use U.S. territory as a bridgehead to invade Cuba, and will restrain those who would plan to carry an aggression against Cuba, either from U.S. territory or from the territory of other countries neighboring to Cuba
