Why hasnt there been more investagating into the spectulators that are driving up energy costs?

Now they say corn is going to go up because of flooding in the midwest.. I remember years ago when there was MAJOR flooding in the heart land and food prices wernt affected. It seems as soon as we get good news a speculator comes out tells us what they think might happen and the BOOM prices soar. Wheres the spanish inquisistion when you need it!!!?!?

Because the same people who are driving the energy costs are paying the salaries, and benefits of the investigators.
