I have never played the game myself, but it may be because you used foul language, or some sort of cheat.

Your among hundreds so far to be unfairly banned. Sadly yahoo is very slow about fixing or responding to this anti-bot program glitch. Here is where you can report the problem. but so far they have not done much to help people you could email them  but all you get is a bot generated useless reply!

better yet call them! That will do more in the way of bringing attention to the problem!

Don't get your hopes up.  Yahoo Games are free so I very well doubt it will be fixed.  You were a victim of the spam bot as Star mentioned.  You can't do nothing but start another ID.  Just make sure you don't jump lounges quick, chat fast or curse a lot. That gets the attention of the spam bot. If you want longevity in an online game go elsewhere which I'm sure a lot have done lately. Might as well email yahoo games and give then another indication the spam bot is not working properly.  Maybe one day they'll get off their asses and start removing legitimate players from it's list.
