Why have I been getting so many calls from overseas,when i call back it not a asigned number,918665675676 last

I have been getting alot of calls from overseas nubers lately, when I call the number back, it is not a working number, sometimes there is nobody there, other times just when your about to hang up an automated woice comes on, the last one just said goodbye. one time there were people speaking a language I can begin to tell what language, they kept calling me, they called me 15 times in one day. the last number that called me was918665675676, probley not all of the numbers but that is all that came up on my phone display. does anyone know why these numbers are calling me when I don't know anyone from overseas? anyone

Put your phone on the DNC list.  Do not call back those numbers there are a lot of scams going on with the phones you can be calling overseas and then get hit with a high phone bill.

I don't know who might be calling you, but I certainly wouldn't call the number back.  It could very well be a scam and when you call the number you get charged a very high connection fee or something like that.  It's only a few $$ but still much higher than normal.  It's just not enought for you to complain.  But if a lot of people call it makes the people on the other end a lot of money.  Either ignore it or get the number blocked.  They probably keep calling because you called back.
