Why have I been having dreams of cats?

Question

My sister, my mom and myself have different forms of psychic ability and we all had similar dreams with a cat theme over the weekend. When I woke up from the dream my energy was high and I was able to see orbs more. Serious responses would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.

The book i'm reading says:

"To dream of a cat denotes ill luck, IF you do not succeed in killing it or driving it from your sight.  If the cat attacks you, you will have enemies who will go to any extreme to blacken your reputation and cause you loss of property.  But if you succeed in banishing it, you will overcome great obstacles and rise in fortune and fame."

Its very stange but hope this helps!

If you could focus on the main feeling that you had in the dream,instead of the actual objects,it would help you better understand the meaning. Also,what were the cats doing? What were you doing? More info would be useful,to help you translate your dream (add more details in the edit column,please). Good luck!    P.S. Please don't go killing any kitties,like Laina's book suggests doing. Hopefully the author meant: to kill it,or drive it away in your dreams! Also keep in mind: dream meanings can change with time and cultures. If you are a cat lover it could mean the opposite,and could be a sign of good-luck and prosperity.
