  1. Rapid hormonal changes in teenagers wreak havoc with emotions.  It may take a few years for you to get used to them surging through your body.  Feeling like you're on an emotional rollercoaster happens to all teenagers to a greater or lesser degree.  It helps if you can talk it out periodically with someone you love and trust and who loves and cares for your well-being.  Other kids are great emotional supports.  Let your friends help you too.  The intense rage usually don't last forever and it does get better, but it will take a few years.  If the rage is extreme and frequent and causes problems in your social life or school life, get help from school counselors or others you trust.
