Why have I not receive a reply to my inquiry of 2/10/08 about my purchase of Wheel of Fortune 2 game not gotte

I purchase the Wheel of Fortune 2 on December 8, 2007, the download only last 5 minutes then it cuts off. I would like to have a refund. It has been 21 days when I receive my last e-mail. I have not had refund or game. What is the problem?

  1. You must not have truly purchased it or only downloaded the sample.  Check to see if you have been charged.
