Question:

Why have I stopped losing weight?

Ok, so for the past 2-3 weeks, I've been losing weight, most of the weight coming off in the past week. I haven't really lost that much, starting at about 109 and now I'm roughly about 105 pounds, but I think I look and I definitely feel a lot better. I'm 4'11'', by the way. These past few days, though, I've been constantly weighing in at about 105 pounds. I don't really mind staying at this weight, so long as I don't gain any, but I'm just wonder why I've stopped losing weight. Is it because I've been a little bit more lenient on my diet, or because my exercise plan has been practically exactly the same these past few weeks? Maybe it's muscle? I really don't know, and I'm slightly bothered by it. Please and thank you! :D

  1. If you are exercising it could be muscle starting to form.  If you eat the same foods, or do the same exercise routine over and over again it could make you stall.  Or...maybe your body is happy with where it is at.

  2. muscle is denser and takes up less space.  Change your exercises routine up, you'll start losing again
