Why have Kraft Kitchens Food Experts answers not been chosen for any Best Answers?

they have answered 8 questions and no best answers. these guys are the food experts. Their answers are very good but no best answers yet.

Honestly, I don't know but I've seen some really crazy answers to questions that have been chosen by the asker as Best Answers.  I guess it depends on the Asker, their likes and dislikes and what helps them the most.  To me, I think that's the most important issue in Yahoo Answers is to help the Asker find what's right for them.  But, I don't monitor other peoples answers, questions, opinions, thumbs up or thumbs down and such, I just put my best ideas that I have for the moment in my answers in hopes that it helps people, that's all.  Have a GREAT night!
