Why have all the avater pics disopeared

here they are still showing but the page for answering questions has changed.so perhaps changes might be effecting the avatars there

I don't know but when you sign off and sign on again to Answers my avatar picture reappears. it looks like some sort of clitch.

The new spell check will be OK when I get used to it
