Question:

Why have i been so tired lately?

well i start work at 7 in the morning but i usually go to bed around 10 or 11pm. Every time when i get home from work i always tend to want to take a nap and when i do i end up sleeping for like 3hrs. By the way im a guy that just turned 21yrs old, i been partying since i was 16yrs old, i weigh 185lbs, oh and before i would hit the gym at least twice a day ,now i rarely go. Whats wrong with me? Could partying have something to do with this? Being sexually active but not having enough s*x? I need some real advice here so let me know.

    you've answered your question.

    start a routine - something you can ease into and get back in saddle!  you'll have more energy and probably won't need as much sleep.

    you might have to look at what you're eating as well to get really fit.

    and if you're concerns persist - visit your physician...


  2. because you work all day. and if you are still tired after your nap, its because you slept for too long it will just make you more lazy. try taking a 20 minute power nap after work, and you should be fine.

  3. have your blood drawn.  have them do a complete panel workup.  it could be anemia, low B12, stuff like that.  if it's low levels of something, you can take vitamin supplements.  if it's something else, say sleep apnea or something like that, your doctor will know what to do for you.
