  1. Are they wild mushrooms ? in any case don't eat them.

    or knock them around it will make the spores scatter causing more of the same.  They will eventually die off and actually enrich your soil.

Mushrooms are the fruiting body of a fungus growing underground.  The fungus is consuming a good hunk of organic material.  It could be dead underground roots from a nearby tree, large chunks of manure you plowed into your garden, who knows.  I doubt the fungus is attacking your garden plants unless they are dead.  Think of mushrooms and the parent fungus as Nature's recycle center, recycling dead or dying organic materials.
