Why have i not received the form to pay my taxes on my small business if i usually pay in quarters?

My business is a small bakery in queens new york. I usually pay my taxes in quarters. I receive a form the IRS every three months which i fill out with all the sales of the three month period and send back. However in the last six months i have not received such form and i am beginning to get worried that there is something wrong. I would like to check how my tax report is going but i don't know in wat website.

can somebody please help me out here and tell me where to look

  1. You have to file your own, they won't continue to remind you what you already know.  Use the IRS website www.irs.gov


  2. if its NYtaxes, go to nystax.gov

    i pay quarterly taxes but on the STATE level in NJ and PA and i have to go online to do it - they dont send me a reminder or booklet or anything

  3. They always send me mine but they didn't for 2008.  I have an old one so i am copying the info on a white piece of paper and sending it.  They have cashed my checks. /
