  1. You probably gained weight.

  2. maybe u where cold o something but that when i run the best times of my life when the weather is cold or windy and sunny too and rain too im me if u want to my name is aMike im me at FMF72000@yahoo.com or email me for more running tips ok thanks.

  3. maybe because yo utore your handspring and it stil has some problems. make sure you stretch alot and don't drink/eat alot when your race is in like 2 hours. maybe your just not as in well of shape either. try workinng out alittle bit more and see if it changes.

good luck getting your speed back! =]

  4. ur hamstring

  5. um maybe because it was below freezing and you tore your hamstring.

i cant believe you asked this question. honestly.

  6. was it on the same track, FAT timing. there are different types of timing, and will vary greatly--especially on sprinting events. the type of track (synthetic, dirt) also affects sprinting times. don't put yourself down, keep training.

  7. well since u said ur 100 is getting better then possibly u aren't in as good of shape anymore and u start to get tired in the middle fo the 200 and u don't get tired in the 100 or ur hamstring might not bother u when u only run 100 m and in the middle of a 200 it will start to bother you just try working out if thats the problem or make sure to stretch ur hamstring really if thats the problem

  8. You may have to build that hamstring up a little more as it will have lost strength off the tear due to lack of training etc..., i did mine and was out for a couple of months, it took me a long time to get back to my pb's, its probably the most important muscle for sprinting so it will affect you for a while.
