Why have people not seen the form of Democracy I have?

The form of democracy we have, aside from being non existent in world society due to a more republic-based system, is wrong! Why? It should not be everybody votes on two different sides of an argument, and the majority wins. It SHOULD be they vote and the majority and minority comporimise depending on the percentages of the vote itself, so that both can benefit. Say, the vote is 30%-70%, they should comprimise but the 70% should get more out of the comprmise seeing how they have a larger group of supporters. In the modern view of democracy a large quantity of people do not get a say because they chose the minority! Let them have a say! If you like my idea, please spread it on to others but I am asking you do not take credit or I will have quite a predicament on my hands!

  1. This is a completely unrealistic and impractical solution as there are never only 2 sides to an issue there are always many many side usually as many sides are there are voters. You can never come up with a compromise that will make everyone happy.

Honestly in the real world a representative republic like the USA has comes the closest to this as people elect representatives who then must compromise with other representatives.

And there are laws like the bill of rights the protect minorities even if they are such a small group that they can get a representative elected.

However one problem the USA does have right now is they are more or less on a two political party system.
