Finally, the red-hair gene, is believed to be linked to the Homo neanderthalensis, cave-dwellers, who inhabited Europe for 300,000 years...

huh? i have not even seen a redhead anywhere in about 20 years. if anything they are on the endangered species list.

We have?   Nah, we have our strengths and weakness, just like everyone else.  I like your question though.  We are different but still equal.  

We are blessed in many ways unknown to others.  There have been some questionable research to suggests higher intelligence.  I think we are just stong willed and eager to learn.  Physical fitness seems to be all over the place.  

Natural red heads are rare, only about 6% of the population; where I live.  We are really just a recent recessive genetic mutation.  Improved genotype?  I don't think so.

I used to know this couple who were into asatru. The woman used to talk all the time about  how she hoped to one day have a red headed baby. I guess practitioners of asatru believe that a lot of a persons  hamingja   which Is sort of like mojo is in a persons hair. apparently red heads have the most mojo.

since when? and are you talking about natural red heads or the bottle heads? b/c believe it or not, there are bottle heads parading around trying to claim the red head traits: the temper, the attitudes, etc...
