  1. Hitler and the n***s glorified and look up on the Aryan race that's what people in general know and remember, but there is more to it. There are several different kinds of Aryans. Over all it means people speaking Indo-European languages and that means that you can find Aryans through out Europe, into the middle east, Iran and on towards the western parts of Asia. If you look at the spread you'll notice that blond and blue eyed will be less common in that area. BUT ... Hitler and the n***s believed that there were an Aryan race that was superior to all other Aryan races. Those that were superior was of course those that were blond and blue eyed, and Hitler and the n***s fully believed that the blond and blue eyed Aryans were superior because they came from Atlantis.

So, the Aryans that came from Atlantis was superior to all other Aryans, and the Aryans in general was superior to non Aryans. They identified the Atlantis Aryans by the blond hair and the blue eyes.

Today it seems just plain stupid, Atlantis is a fictional island, even though there has been islands that has sunk into the ocean for different reasons. People are people and we are all equals and so on. Still thousands, even millions, of persons believed in it and though that it was true. And, it was not the n***s that made it up just as it was not the n***s that came up with antisemitism, it was already commonly known and accepted among people.

How could Hitler claim that some that were blond and blue eyed were inferior? Once again through race and pure blood. That they were blond and blue eyed didn't make them Aryans, they needed the proper blood line and ancestors too.

As for the dislike between Pols and Jews... I think it's something that has lingered on since before WW2 and that's still alive. You have a dislike that's rooted in the past way earlier than WW2 and WW1. You are back at how Europeans in general looked at Jews from the centuries after the birth of Christ and onwards. Antisemitism was well spread and accepted in Europe for far more than a millennium before WW2. After WW2 it is no longer accepted, but it still lingers on here and there across the world.

You'll also find that there is often dislike between people from different groups that's close for one reason or the other. This country dislikes the other country for some reason, this religion against the other, this gang against the other. The dislike between Pols and Jews could be something as simple as that. Look at the English and the Scotts and the dislike between the two as an example.

  2. Good question.  Here's what I can tell you.  During and following the Black Plague a lot of Jews migrated towards Poland from Western Europe because the ruler of Poland at the time was in love with a Jewish servant and he had more sympathy towards the Jews than the W. European countries had.

But there was great hostility towards the Jews throughout Europe long before then because the Jews were 'different'--they looked different and even dressed differently, which made them stand out.

But another reason for hostility towards the Jews is the fact that they dominated the banking industry, and saw nothing wrong with charging interest on money that they loaned to others.  This was distinctly anti-Christian in the middle ages, because it was considered un-Christian to lend your friend or neighbor money 'as a business'--ie., to collect interest--make money on money--in return.

...and it was also very handy for the Christians who had borrowed money from the Jews to accuse them of wrongdoings (like spreading the black plague, among other things over the centuries) and either drive them away or slaughter them, because then the Christians and other borrowers didn't have to pay back their loans.

Prejudice is handed down over generations, just as it was in the US against blacks.  Minorities get singled out, and Jews remain a minority in most countries in which they reside.

Re: Hitler?  He thought Pols were inferior in part because he was appealing to mainstream German thinking and the image of the Great German race (this was a great rallying point for the Germans)--and the Pols, even though blond and tall, still 'looked' different and spoke a different language. Poland also didn't have a powerful military in WW II, which he, I suspect, saw as 'being weak.'

Remember that the Germans hated much of the European world because the Versailles Treaty was so punishing of Germany that their entire economy failed--the Versailles Treaty following WW I planted the seeds that sparked WW II.   If not for the Treaty, WW II probably never would have happened.

An interesting thing--the US President (Roosevelt? Forget which one) at the time fought against the V. Treaty for 6 long months because he thought it was wrong to punish Germany so harshly.  But the President caught the 'Spanish' flu (a misnomer--the flu really started in the US and spread to Europe because our soldiers carried it over.  They now know that the flu of the Great Flu Epidemic of 1918 was really the H5N1 bird flu). The US president had peculiar, unanticipated brain damage after having the flu--he shocked everyone by suddenly just gave the Japanese and European countries everything they were demanding re: the Versailles Treaty, everything he'd fought against for 6 months! Several of his staff resigned in protest. Roosevelt (or whomever) died 5 months later of complications from the flu (no, he did not just 'have a stroke'--it was from the flu--historians, for some reason, changed the truth of that around).  But the damage was done, and the Germans suffered under the V. T., making them rally to war in the 1930s.

So why do Polish kids in the US pick on Jewish kids even today?  Same old same old (just like different gangs shoot each other).  You wonder why the parents and churches of these kids don't teach tolerance to their children.  It would certainly make this country a better place.
