Why have so many Tony Roma's restaurants been closed?

Question

There used to be a bunch of locations in the Dallas area where the company is headquarted but all of them have been shut down. I also know of numerous locations in Oklahoma and Arizona which have been closed down as well. It seems like there would be some company-wide issue that has caused numerous closings in different areas.

I've noticed that also. I live in Southern California there were a few in my neighborhood that closed. I was so sad! They opened up a new location but in another town far away!
