As well as the wild winds that created chaos on the course yesterday, forecasters are expecting heavy rain later today too. To ensure golfers get to play in the best possible conditions, tee times have been moved up more than three hours, with the first players teeing off at 8:00 am now, and the final group starting play at 9:55.
