Why have the deaths caused by hurricanes dropped so much in the last thirty-five years?

There have been fewer of these storms due to global warming.

The storms have not been powerful because of the increase in UV light coming through the weakened ozone layer.

Satellite technology has given us the ability to provide advance warning of these storms.

Fewer people now live in hurricane impact areas than did in the past
