Why have they been so lenient? ?

He Kexin, among other members of the chinese female olympics squad is now being investigated for being underage! (Kind of a no brainer there imo) But, they say not enough evidence! North Korea pulled this same stunt with a girl that registered 3 times as being 15. He Kexin, has registered 3 times, 2005,2006,2007 as being born Jan 1st 1994. Same thing, yet the IOC and FIG have done literally nothing claiming not enough evidence. So why have they been so lenient? Bribes? ( NOT SAYING THERE IS A CONSPIRACY)

well i cant answer why they have been so lenient with the chinese.  in australia they cheated also by using a 14 year old gymnast.  she even admitted it after the games were over.  i personally thing that china should be banned (if found guilty) for 3 olympics from competing in gymnastics.  that would be a 12 year ban and would be comparable to a 3 game suspension in any other sport.
