Why have we driffted apart?

I work with this bisexual girl who has a girlfriend. We've recently been away on quite a few business trips and have gotten closer as a result (she opened up to me).While away she said I'm exactly like her girlfriend,all good-without the bad bits!

In the office, she would snap at me at times and sometimes completely ignore me! Since we've returned from the trips,she's become very distant! She doesn't open upto me anymore either!

Her last day is this week.I've asked her if we will stay in touch and she didn't respond!

1.what have I done?

2.will we stay in touch?

3.when I started she was not like this and things were great!What's changed?

she probably had feelings for you, or started to grow them. and she knows it. shes trying to stay distant beacuz she doesnt want to go the feelings any more stronger becuz of her gf.
